In a recent interview on The Joe Rogan Experience, tech mogul Elon Musk openly criticized singer and actress Jennifer Lopez for not speaking out against her ex-boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs, amidst serious allegations against him. Musk questioned Lopez’s credibility, especially in light of her political endorsements.

During the discussion, Musk highlighted Lopez’s past relationship with Combs, stating, “J.Lo was like his ex-girlfriend and [now] she’s like warning people against [Donald] Trump. How many people did she warn against Diddy, right? Oh zero, OK.” He further suggested that this silence might indicate a lack of trustworthiness on her part.
These comments come after Lopez publicly endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris at a Las Vegas rally, urging voters to support Harris over former President Donald Trump. Musk, a known Trump supporter, appeared to use this opportunity to question Lopez’s moral authority in making political endorsements.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in September on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. Prosecutors allege that he hosted violent and drug-fueled parties, with some victims being minors as young as nine years old. Lopez and Combs dated from 1999 to 2001, but there is no evidence to suggest that Lopez was aware of or involved in any of the alleged activities.
Musk’s remarks have sparked a broader conversation about the responsibilities of individuals to speak out against the misconduct of those they are associated with, as well as the complexities of holding individuals accountable for the actions of their former partners.
As of now, Jennifer Lopez has not publicly responded to Musk’s comments.
